Return and Exchange Policy
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date for items purchased directly from Lensbaby.com.
To initiate a return, customers must submit a return request through the Lensbaby Returns Center at:
https://lensbaby.returnscenter.com/
Restocking Fee and Return Shipping
All non-defective returns are subject to the following conditions:
- A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- For returns shipped from the continental United States, a flat-rate return shipping fee of $20 may be applied and deducted from the refund if a prepaid return label is provided.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must be received in original condition, including all accessories, packaging, and documentation. Items that show signs of damage, misuse, excessive wear, or alteration, and that fall outside of Lensbaby’s warranty coverage, are not eligible for a refund and may be returned to the customer at their expense.
Defective Items
Items deemed defective and covered under Lensbaby’s warranty policy may be eligible for replacement or refund without a restocking fee, subject to inspection and approval by Lensbaby.
Third-Party Purchases
Products purchased from retailers other than Lensbaby.com are subject to the return policies of the original seller. Lensbaby cannot process returns or refunds for third-party purchases.
