Kathleen Clemons is an award-winning photographer, teacher, speaker, author, and workshop leader from the coast of Maine. Primarily a nature photographer who specializes in photographing flowers, Kathleen is known for her creative use of natural light and unique, artistic photographs.
Kathleen teaches online classes on her education website, https://www.kathleenclemonseducation.org, as well as many location workshops and seminars. Kathleen also filmed instructional classes for Craftsy, CreativeLive, and Lensbaby University and is the author of the e-book All About Textures.
With a degree in education and a passion for both photography and teaching, Kathleen loves to teach others how to improve their photography skills and to see beyond the obvious.

I love the Velvet 85 for the gentle look it adds to my flower portraits and photos of people as well. I can easily go from soft and dreamy to a more detailed look without changing lenses.
Sol 45
I really like the simplicity of this fixed aperture lens, it's such fun to use. The bokeh blades add a very different look to my subject backgrounds, and the blur is some of the most gentle I have seen with any of my Lensbabies. It's also small and very lightweight, and so simple to use!
