"When I saw that a fractal/prism set was being released, I pre-ordered without hesitation. I’ve dabbled in fractals and prisms and adore the art and light they can bring to an image. But I had never dreamed of creating such refined images as is possible with OMNI! "

"OMNI makes your photos stand out more. It makes you more creative and it is so surprising."
"OMNI is such a powerful tool to have in my bag! Being able to directly attach the screw-on filter and not have to worry about it during the session is a perk I never knew I needed."

"It’s weird, but you’ll want it in your bag."

I no longer shoot flowers without Omni Crystals attached to my lens! No need for textures as the crystals give me beautiful light and amazing bursts of color in the background.
The Omni System is just what I needed to add magic to my images, especially my macro images. Once I saw how much I enjoyed the basic set, I was excited to add to my collection with the crystal expansion pack. I would love to see Lensbaby create a little wearable crossbody pouch that would hold the original Omni system and all the expansion pieces. It would be great to have everything easily accessible while shooting.
Jessica is so happy with these to expand her photo art
I love them Just needs to add the small and large arm extensions
It is of course very possible to simply hold some filters in front of your lens. I’ve held everything from, crystals, laser pens, light bulbs and even broken mirrors in front of my lens before, but the Omni offers a few benefits over you using your hands. Holding items in front of your lens means you only have one hand left to hold the camera. With a DSLR and 24-70mm lens, this becomes ‘literally’ painful to do pretty quickly. The Omni gives you both your hands back to hold and steady the camera. Consistency. One issue I’ve always had with holding something in front of my lens in the past was consistency. Sure I might get an awesome effect in one shot, but the next image will be completely different as the filter moves. The Omni holds the filter exactly where you want it and keeps it there so you can recreate that exact same look again and again and maybe even with another subject. The Omni can ensure that happens. I think that if you’re a fan of Lensbaby products already or other art lenses that allows visual effects directly into your shot at the point of capture, then you’ll love the Omni. On the other hand, if you’re somebody who is hesitant about the permanent nature of in-camera effects and instead prefer to add effects later in Photoshop, the Omni is perhaps not for you.
