| Caroline Jensen | Step by Step with Lensbaby | Online | Online | Lensbaby lenses are the perfect tool for nurturing creativity and strengthening your photographic skills. All Lensbaby optics and lenses are welcome to participate. Manual focus is one skill that can benefit multiple areas of photography, including nurturing flexible composition and thoughtful shooting. We will spend time honing this skill so that our hands, eyes, and mind all work together in an intuitive way. From there, we begin working with tilt and learn to understand how the focal plane shifts as an optic or lens moves. Finally, we will spend time learning how to integrate Lensbaby images into a storytelling sequence or thematic essay to add variety and emotion. | Caroline Jensen | Communicating with Color & Light | Online | Online | Communicating with Color and Light focuses on the manipulation of color and light in Lightroom and ACR. Move beyond basic processing and learn how to process your images to evoke emotion. You will learn some foundational color theory and psychology to help you understand not only the how, but the why behind the choices you make. Each panel of the Develop Module will come alive as you learn to push boundaries and cover topics, such as creative curves, dodging and burning, manipulating texture, and color enhancement.
