Please note that any items damaged that fall outside of what is covered under our warranty policy cannot be accepted back for a refund
If you purchased your Lensbaby from somewhere other than Lensbaby’s website please contact the retailer where you made your purchase to find out about their return policy

If your Lensbaby is broken but your warranty has expired, have no fear- we can still fix it for you!
Repairs start at $30. For an estimated cost of repair please email firstname.lastname@example.org with as much description of the issue as your can provide and pictures if possible. Please note that this will be an estimate and not a guarantee of the cost to repair your lens. Once we have received and evaluated your Lensbaby we will contact you with the final cost for repair. In most cases we are not able to repair Optics, if you have an Optic that is broken, please email email@example.com and we’ll try to work something out for you

Once we have received and evaluated your Lensbaby we will contact you for payment. You can either pay with a credit card over the phone or we can send you a PayPal funds request
Products out of warranty must be sent into Lensbaby for repair. Please note that we are no longer able to repair the Original Lensbaby, 2.0 or 3G
