Job Title:  Executive Assistant (Part-time, 20-25 hours/week)

Summary
This position is responsible for providing administrative support for the company’s CEO in the areas of HR, Facilities, Sales, and general executive assistance. This position works closely with the internal team, clients and external sales representatives to provide data and administrative support that facilitate sales and proper decision making. The Executive Assistant brings excellent planning skills, multitasking and innovative approaches to managing communication and projects. Strong, effective organizational, and communication skills are key to this position.

Education & Experience:

Physical Demands of Position

While performing the duties of this position, the employee is frequently required to sit, stand, bend, kneel, stoop, communicate, reach, and manipulate objects. The position requires mobility including the ability to move materials weighing up to 5 pounds on a regular basis such as files, books, office equipment, etc. and may infrequently require moving materials weighing up to 30 pounds. Job Title:  Production Member

Summary

This position performs a variety of production and assembly functions related to Lensbaby’s camera lens and optic product line.

Job Responsibilities

  • Read, interpret and follow basic blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, bills of materials, and other written and verbal instructions or procedures to accurately assemble products
  • Utilize a variety of tools and equipment such as handheld tools, arbor presses, hanging power screwdrivers, and an air filtration hood often with small parts and components.
  • Maintain inventory levels of product at workstation; counting and tracking parts
  • Perform quality work checks to ensure the product meets quality standards (i.e. able to inspect optics for small cosmetic defects, including dust and hairline scratches, check finished product on a camera, etc)
  • Identify product defects; rework and/or repair assembled products according to engineering specification changes
  • Assemble packaging materials; package camera lenses, accessories, and kits 
  • Perform all work according to quality standards and safety procedures
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area
  • Interact and communicate effectively with the production team members
  • Additional duties as required.

Manual dexterity and coordination are required more than 90% of the work period while operating equipment such as hand held and mechanical tools and other production equipment.

Working Conditions

Sitting or standing workstations, manual or power tools.  The employee is sometimes exposed to airborne particles, fumes, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually low with some background noise, personal interruptions and occasional moderate noise from air hoses and power equipment.
