I just received my new composer and know with time and patience I will really enjoy it.

One thing I am having troubles understanding is how in the world you can "keep" your sweetspot sweet when you go to bend the lens. I get my sweet spot, bend the lens and it seems to me the sweet spot gets caught up in the blur.

I use a Canon 50D and a Canon 40D. The two photos here are taken with the 50D and I can't remember what disc size I had in. Any suggestions would be appreciated. The portrait of the barn,my focus ended up on the small out building. It was fun trying and will keep at it.

You Bend then fine tune the focus, doesn't matter which Bender you use, it's all about hand eye coordination......if bending a manual focus lens doesn't come natural, then you must practice and get your viewfinder working perfect to get the sweetspot and focus correct .

I will give this a try. I was doing it opposite of this. Thanks for the info.
