Hi all, I need some advice.
I have a Nikon D700 + 50mm f1,4 + the Tilt Transformer
I can't get anything in focus ... am I missing out something here? Everything is on manual.
Anyone else had this issue?
I am a beginner, it's the first time I try a LB

Yes....you are missing something, like maybe the Tilt Transformer is for shorter focal length camera bodies .
Post some pics of the Lensbaby you are trying to use so we can help you figure out what you have.
Tilt transformers were designed to use Nikon optics/lenses on 4/3rds bodies, E mount bodies like the Sony NEX, etc.
If you thought it would turn you Nikon glass into a tilt shift on your D700 body ....that would be an Oooops !
Or maybe I'm missing something....?
You need a Composer Lensbaby with Nikon mount to get some images on your D700 .
Check out some of the How to use training videos, you will see what Lensbabies look like and how they work .
