Lensbaby

I am interested in coming into the Lensbaby system in my photographic work.

I have been reading up on it with on the internet however
I have not not found the correct place with the information I would like to have.

What mode does one set their camera (Nikon D80 or Nikon 1) on in order to use the fish eye lens?

I understand one can put in F Stop discs for their F stop
setting. Therefore does one set their camera for shutter speed mode? or does one use the Manual mode in order to get the proper exposure settings?

Once the lensbaby lens is in place can one have their camera decide on the exposure settings automatically or does one have to read the light and then set the setting themselves?

Or is there a web site where I can get this information?
