The Tilt Transformer doesn't support autofocus, regardless of whether the lens itself does.

I'm assuming you mean in an m4/3 body since that and the NEX are the only mounts offered for the tilt transformer. It is only manual focus as stated above but manual focus is so easy with m4/3 and magnified manual focus. Its one reason why I shoot LB with m4/3 instead of my Canon FF. You set "shoot W/O lens in your menu, set your aperture and you are ready to shoot.
