Lensbaby

Hello. I'm a new lensbaby user and I recently just purchased the Composer.

I enjoy using it and had just ordered a .42x wide angle lens here a few minutes ago.

i want to be able to take extremely close shots and when i saw this in the specs;

Quote

Macro capability allows focus as close as 2.75" (7cm) from the front of the lens.

Does that mean the Macro kit is unnecessary to purchase?

You will not be able to use the +4 or +10 Macro along with the 0.42 Super Wide Lens. But not to worry, as you can get up close (as stated in the specs) with the 0.42x by itself on your Composer. You can use the +4 and +10 macro kit on the Composer, but not with the 0.42x.
