Both are nice but I prefer the first where the model's expression compliments the action in the photo. The second settles into a neutral mood that seems to fall a little flat. The model's posture looks a little stiff and bent forward.

Both images are very nice. I tend to be drawn more to #2, as I find the background there more relaxing.

Thanks for great comments, it's pleasure to read it, really.
Regarding colors - I was playing with Lightroom's presets, will check how photo looks in natural colors.

Both are nice shots. I like the lighting on the face in #1 but find the background a little distracting.

#2 is my favorite, with the lines of the road and wall drawing you in. Especially the wall taking you to your subject (the girl).
