I thought I'd post these in this category just to see what sort of feedback I get. I often think I don't know what I'm doing! These were taken with a Pentax K20.

The tractor is a tiny John Deere from the Matchbook series. I placed it on the upholstered seat of a kitchen chair.

To me it really looked like the kid was anticipating the delight of popping that marshmallow into his mouth.

The flower is the centre of a prairie crocus.

I'm looking forward to hearing what you guys have to say and which images you prefer.

love #2 nailed the sweetspot ,
The grain of the chair in #1 looks like a ploughed paddock .

I like them all. Each one tells a story. The stars on the tractor elevate to "favorite toy" status. I can almost anticipate the taste of that toasted marshmallow as much as the kid. The use of the Lensbaby puts the focus in just the right spot. The flower macro is excellent. Most beautiful. Thanks for sharing.

The second one is just awesome. It's all about summer and anticipation: excellent use of the sweet spot to tell a story.

Really like each of these although I think that the tractor image is my favourite. Great composition!
