Works by heat. After printing the "ink" not used stays on the film of the ink cassette.

Some days ago I made an image of Stefan with the whirlpool aperture. See here: [lensbaby.com]
The image was printed on a Canon Selphy.

Today the ink was "empty" and I could pull out the film inside the cartridge. Quite interesting. All printed images now come out as negatives in the three basic colors cyan, magenta and yellow.

I wanted to make an image of the magenta negative of Stefan. Film put on paper. Backlit by flash.

Canon 5D, Composer, whirlpool aperture (see post linked above)
