Hi Ollie,

Your pinhole images look like zone plate images. Can you check to make sure that, when sliding the shuttle back and forth that at one setting you have a tiny single hole and at the other setting you have a much larger series of rings (to the naked eye, mine anyhow, it just looks like a larger hole).
