This is a swirling technique that I have used before with a regular lens setup, but I am now exploring it with my Lensbaby.
Basically this is 8 exposures, merged in Photoshop, layered and then lowering the opacity of each layer, then merging.
During exposure capture, I fixate on a point and rotate the lens around that axis. I first learned of this technique in a Tony Sweet book. I think the Lensbaby really adds something here. Enjoy. Comments welcome.
