Just trying out the sweet 35 optic.
I have to admit that so far I like the pictures I have taken with the double glass optic better (probably due to the focal lenght) but maybe it will just take some getting used to.
Hope you will like the pictures, if you do please tell me why you do, if you don't please tell me why you don't ;)
The last picture in line was shot with the double glass optic by the way.
I would also love some tips on how to get the best out of the sweet 35!

I like this series a lot. I enjoy shooting mushrooms and toadstools and always appreciate the work of others in this area.
I particularly like the third shot for the angle you chose to shoot from. You placed the Sweetspot very well on this one in my opinion. I like the sixth for overall feel. I laugh at myself but it has a very 'Super Mario Borthers' feel to it and I can't explain beyond that. To me it's a fun and amusing photo. I like the fifth for the textures you captured in the forest floor. And the sixth even more so. Nice job Digitalis! Our greatest weakness lies in giving up. no. 6 is my favorite, BUT (sorry) a bit more sharpeness on the top of the mushroom, would be my idea to the pic.
I never read super mario, BUT this pic makes me feel: uahhhhh:) no. 3 has a very good perspective no. 9 cut the light away more crop, I think all of your picture makes my mind, I can smell every one, and now I'm hungry:)) anyway: I'm born in fall, I love fall and I love your pic's, my private highlight:) thanks and best regards from Petra |

I agree with you that no. 6 may have looked better with a little more sharpness (I'm still having some trouble focusing with the Muse, especially when shooting with a big aperture, this picture was shot at f/2.5) although I must say that I do like the overall softness in no. 6. No need to say sorry by the way, I appreciate it that you don't just tell me what you like about the picture but also what you don't like, your critisism will hopefully make me improve my lensbaby skills :) In no. 9 I personally like the light but it could use some more sharpness as well in my opinion ;) . ***Painting with light is the sweetest delight*** Edited 1 time(s).
