Though I love shooting spring flowers, nothing says spring to me more than watching the ferns unfold more each day in a patch of woods in my backyard. Here are a few from this morning, all Composer, plastic optic, f/2.8 with a 20mm extension tube.

Happy Spring, everyone!

Hi Kathleen: I may be the only deviant observer here because your f/8 image is the one for me. Thanks for sharing. --- Rob

Love them all Kathleen! I am trying to learn how to take advantage of the subtle gifts the plastic optic offers. More time for exploration coming up on my vacation!
