Nice colorful shot and I like the way the back wing looks in focus (to a degree). It also has that grainy look of old film.
I was wondering how you added the ND filter? was it a screw on (37mm)?

Rich this is simply beautiful, the colors are so vibrant and I like the graininess.

Wonderful colors! Never would have guess this was taken in bright light. The ND filter seems like a good filter to have at hand.

Crikey! Looks like a stained glass moth! It's a spectacular effect Rich & great imagination on your part to sense what was there but not there, and how to find it.

Keith -- I used 37mm screw on filters from The Filter Connection [www.2filter.com]

Darrell -- it was taken at ISO 100 at 1/200 sec.

I'm not sure why the grainyness is present unless it is a result in some way from the use of the two ND filters.
