Do they have to be neons, or will anything work?

No, I was thinking about adding neon to the challenge but I changed my mind because there are some really neat signs that aren't neon

Yum, great eats. Also a few small business' off to the other side of the building. Also, I like the way the cloud is passing by the roof top in #1. They weren't open that day, so I know it was not smoke.

Joby, "a moving bimbo" - that made me laugh. I didn't think to call mine a moving "target". Here are some moving signs that are not moving.

Here's my two-signs-worth--

#1 the Cuban market by our commercial kitchen
#2 a florist at the corner of Clayton and Big Bend in STL (which leads to my own little challenge--thanks for the inspiration Shurla!)

David - Great shot.
Darrell and Joby, that is hilarious. A moving target and a moving bimbo, that is just great.
JB - Your sign would fit into Crabby's challenge as well.
Keep them coming, this is fun.

I know it is not a business, but it is a sign for a "Bend" in the road! Oops this needed to be in the Bent sign post.
