as I mentioned in an earlier posting, I recieved my Baby about two weeks ago. Taking pictures with ist is really great. I made a lot of Fun-Shots outdoor, just for practice.
Today I tried the first serious test in the Studio. I expected problems but what I didn't expect was that ist is THAT hard to use. With F8, the Lensbayby effect is not smooth enough for me, I prefer F4. But slowing down the flashes makes the Studio so dark that it is really hard to see the focus. Same with F5.6. But I get a few Shots I really like. I think I'll ask a friendly Model to make a "Lensbaby Only" Shooting, for practice.
This young couple on the pictures came to me because she is pregnant and they wanted to have some memories. I hope you like the shots and also that it's not too much flesh for this forum.
The first picture was taken with F5.6 and 1/200
The second one with F4 and also 1/200
Both were made with the Canon EOS 300D, known in the US as the "Digital Rebel"
