Lensbaby

I love my lensbaby . . . and it loves Miami.

I've been using lensbaby on a variety of magazine shoots: images of architecture, food, restaurants, chefs and other people . . . and for impressionmistic stock shoots of Miami and South Beach streetscapes.

Here are a couple samples: the food at f5.6, ISO 100, and strobes with a Canon 10D; and the street scene at f2.8 at ISO 1600 with fill-flash on the car. Lensbaby's softness seems to smooth out high-ISO digital noise nicely:

Looks like fun shooting and that high ISO observation is definitely a selling point.
