Hi. I'm interested in getting a lensbaby composer, but I'm terrible at manual metering. Can I check whether the composer paired with a 650d body would give me auto metering and AF? Many thanks!

Lensbaby lens bodies are manual, so no AF or metering. Its compatible with Canon mount, therefore you can use it on the 650D. You just shot in M, AV or Tv, for best results.
One of the best option with manual lens, such as Lensbaby is to use the Live view screen or use the custom firmware Magic Lantern (it isnt available for 650D at the moment, but it will be soon, beta testing is already been done, so a release is imminent) to assure its perfectly focus. |
