Hi - Just got a composer. Would taking fireworks with it be a good idea? Suggestions?

tripod! and you may have to mess with the focus a little but it should be do able try shooting wide open so your shutter speed stays at a decent speed.

I have done night scenes but no fire works. the same rules should apply you may want to up your ISO so your shutter does not stay open too long. experiment you never know what kind of happy accident may happen!
