Lensbaby

I shot this flower yesterday with my non lensbaby lens and my Edge 80 got a little jealous so back out today with the Edge 80 to try and recapture some of the magic. Lighting was not as good today so that will teach me not to be lazy right !! Don't you just hate it when your lenses start squabbling in your camera bag over who is the favorite !! Don't they know they are all loved !! ;)


Hi Tony , here are the two I took the day before with the 90mm 2.8 macro and 20mm extension tube, tripod and plamp to hold the flower, f5 for the first one and f 8 for the other. With the Lensbaby and edge80 at f8 I use the 20mm extension tube and handheld and plamp.The light was just a touch softer on the lensbaby day.

Lovely shot, Lorna. Any chance of posting the other one also , so we can see the difference in lens characteristics. I realize the light was different , but would love to see the different OOF characteristics . Ta .tony
