I have all of the different optics for my composer and have never had a problem swapping them put before. We have been trying to swap out the soft focus optic with no luck... It is STUCK!! The focus ring works and does push the optic up to the top, but the "key" is not turning the optic. Has anyone ran onto this issue before or can anyone suggest something to try?? Getting frustrated :-/

Cyndie , I wish I could help ? Have U thought of shooting Kirsten(Customer Happiness) an email ? Go to top of page - under INFO - click CONTACT- click SEND EMAIL. :)tony
