But don't tease a Petit Freak du Fromage like me...please tell me what they are....especially that bleu with the bloomy rind and lovely yellow paste....

hmm...let's see, #5 is perhaps a nice French Comte...or are these Aussie?...and #6 has Got to be a good sharp crumbly cheddar....

If you're going to tease me with this virtual viewing, the least you could do is let me virtually taste them as well!

Crabby, this represents 3 minutes of blessed relief. I had been out the back in a make shift studio for 3 days shooting dairy products during a judging. The organizers , came to me & said the winners of the cheese categories are all out on the table could you please come and get a few shots. I walked in with my normal lens , did a couple of snaps & thought to myself " I need some sanity" so I slipped on the LB and made "myself" happy. To be honest I was told what they all were but I cannot remember. #6 was a parmesan . The Blue with the Orange rind was to die for. The products presented were all from Australian Producers. Unfortunately just prior to this I had been shooting Ice creams & the dang things kept melting, it was a case of in the bin or in my tummy. I was starting to feel a little queasy. I do like exotic Ice Creams as well. Hate shooting it. Keep on Kookin.tony
