I attended a business function with my husband last night at Elitches Amusement Park in Denver. It was raining and miserable and I discovered the rides only operate on the weekends in the fall. Bah. So shooting was a little disappointing ~ especially when the family was a block ahead, turning and saying, "Cindi, come on."
So these were all [literally] shot on the fly. Composer + Sweet 35.
I intend to go back next summer when the rides are fully engaged. :) (I may leave the family at home, too -ha!)

Nice series Cindi! The Sweet 35 fits so well on you :) The Popcorn Wagon in #3 becomes a new favorite...really like the composition, color saturation, sweet spot and motion blur on the front wheel. Thanks for sharing these.

Nice pictures. I like the neonligts and the dramatic sky behind the tower, but the first popcornwagon really hit me. ...and I do recognize myself in the "-come on"-situation. Kind of used to beeing waited for ;D Greetings parne |
