Sewing Machine and White Chair
Still life work from another time, another life.
I was quite pleased in my plan while packing light for this trip and included the plastic optic for the Bodie works. There is one structure that visitors are allowed to enter. While there my wife exclaimed "this sewing machine is just like my grandmother's"...that broght me over to see this gem. Entry into the room is "blocked" by concrete reinforcing wire...a good rest for the camera and this 1/2 second exposure.
White chair was shot in one of the drinking establishments, through window glass, sun to my back, 1/8 Sec.
