As you can see from my other message, I just got a swappable-optic Lensbaby. The zone plate/pinhole optic comes in a little clear plastic container, and since that optic has no glass to damage, I'm not too concerned about storing it there.
But the double-glass optic I'm taking out I'm more worried about. There's no rear cap for the optic alone, and the front cap doesn't actually fit very well into the plastic case. I suppose it's okay stored that way sitting on a shelf, but the idea of carrying it around in my camera bag makes me nervous.
What do you all do? Thanks!
