A Scout used with Double Glass is just like a Composer used with the Double Glass when the Composer is not tilted. Sweet spot centered, blur evenly distributed around the edges.

I don't have examples but any Lensbaby 2.0, 3G, Composer (with Double Glass) image where the sweet spot is in the middle of the frame will serve as a good example. Should be several like this in the Double Glass gallery.
