Zorben it is.
I see you have found out how to use the URL. What scanner do I use? Actually, it's my friend's boyfriend's camera-scanner. He scans them for me, I load them into photoshop and then put them on my website or post them here. Haven't seen them in ages though.
I love the darkroom and the smells...except the selenium! Got some more cool shots but the s-p shots are not good. Yes I don't shoot lots of frames, I usually only shot one and it usually comes out good. I would be too slow for sports shots! I don't like automatic anything on my camera.
Did have a quick look at your site. Impressive. I can't help but thinking that the photo on your homepage is...how do I say.....a self-projection? (Wishing it was your hand? Ha!) I also like the fact that it's bilingual. Mine was made while I was living in England by a Brit and I never bothered to translate it. I figure since I won't live in Quebec and will never live in France, why bother?
On the pictures, I love most of your stuff....even if it's in color! Ha! Love #1 and #5 of the glass blowing and #1 of the other set.
Later alligator,
Fragile
[www.eleniphotos.com]
P.S. The ice scanner is too...cold and wet? (...I know, I know, I understand what it is but can't help myself making stupid jokes....or maybe it's the fumes from the selenium I used today!)
There's some funny people here.

I forgot to ask. What kind of scanner do you use?
I use the Nikon film scanner coolscanV and I love it. The only down side is the fact that the ice technologies doesn't work with BW. Ice is supposed to get rid of all scratches and dust. I have to do that manually. Could be worst.

A bientôt!

Yeah, Zorben is not bad Mademoiselle Fragile.

I use to work with film too and 'still have my nikon's F5-F100. I closed my darkroom and I'm quite happy about it. Standing on a concrete floor, in the dark smelling toxic chemicals for hours was not the best part of the whole process. Mind you, I started getting fed up when I got busier in terms of business. That kind of ruined the magic of the dark room.

There must be quite a bit of lost working with the baby? Maybe you are more careful when you shoot and all frames are interesting.

'really looking forward to your BW self’s!

Zornoit! You have a short memory. Check your message of Dec 26, #7 in this link.
Yes I do work in film, Tri-x with a Nikkon FM2. I then process the film and print the ones I want...like in the Dark Ages! In fact, I'm going to spend tomorrow in the dark room! I like digital for the immediacy of it and great for posting photos online but I don't quite like the printing part...and I'm not much of a computer buff. Thanks for the compliments. (on my site)
Didn't know you had a site but I will check it out.
Ok Zorben. (you seem to have liked that one. I just can't do like everyone else.)

Ok, Ronoit.( just trying out new version.)
I do have dark hair but unfortunately not dark skin. I'm including a shot of me just for you, taken about 2 years ago. ...and no I have no kids....too busy roaming around the world for that.
BTW, my fav photos is the middle one. Love the angle on the last with the branch in the forefront....Like the first one too.
Bonne année...gros nez!

Hey!

I come from a forum where all members have a portrait of them in the profile. That's why I was asking. I'll pass on the blue eyes, blond hair option if you don't mind. You probably have dark hair and dark skin.

Addicted is exactly it. Photography is an obsession for me in the first place.

It could be from a Beau Dommage song.

Thank you about your comment on my kids. Do you have some your self?

Ha, Zorben!
A ceiling fan, of course...now I see it! Wicked!
Unfortunately for you, I have no photo of me....yet. No Lensbaby shot anyway. So you can picture me with long blond hair, big boobs and blue eyes if you want!
I can see that you're already addicted to your Lensbaby. You're learning quickly. Love the #1...and the 4260 Berry, is it from a Beau Dommage song?...(

Zorroll, you are on a roll! Thank you for posting so many interesting images. The one that grabbed me was #10, the black and white of the street. Something about the way that the clear horizontal lines in the foreground contrasted with the vertical lines of the background appealed to me.

Thanks for posting.
