This is one of my last shots I took with my composer. I have been having the worst week! Last Saturday I dropped my faithful Olympus camera and toasted my second favorite lens next to my composer , my 70-300mm lens. I watched it bounce down hill and land with a sickening crunch. So bummed ! So off to the camera store Sat. night after being forced to stay out all day on a shoot. Luckily the camera still worked for Sat. so I just went with it and shot Lensbaby all day. Well after spending just over five grand on new Nikon gear and 3 lens my Olympus camera body died today taking with it my ability to use my Lensbaby. So long story short until I recover from the cost of the new gear and scrap together some money ( going to try trading in all of my working old gear) I am without my best friend. If you have seen my images anywhere else on loads of other sites you would see I shoot Lensbaby at least 80% of the time. Needless to say I am so depressed , as I will miss most of the autumn colour one of my favorite times for bending. Will replace my baby as quickly as I can maybe a xmas present if Santa is generous after he sees the bill from all the new gear. It is bitter sweet new gear as it also means you have to replace everything from filters to lens and everything in between. The camera Gods have decided I have had enough and are shining on me again. I found a used oly body online last night for a quarter of the cost of the new composer pro. Lensbaby so my whining was a little per mature .. Picked it up at noon and it works beautifully so my camera family are back together again! Just a few filters and a extra battery and I am back where I was before all my drama! I once dropped my Canon DSLR on a wood floor (inside an Opera House) - for no reason. I just dropped it! But I had my LB 2.0 on and it bounced off of that - no harm done. ha! Just one more reason why I love my old school LB's. :)

And the pumpkins - love them!
