A few days ago I slipped and dropped my Composer Pro in a pile of sand. I was changing bodies at that moment so there wasnt a cap/optic attached. The body was filled with sand when I picked it up. I tipped it over and let the sand out. I put it away very carefully not to touch the rest anymore to avoid any scratches. Thats also the reason I dont want to go inside the body with a brush or cloth. And Im hesitent to get into action with compressed air and just blow it out. Sand that moves around quickly through compressed air can still cause damage to the optics in the body.

So I was wondering what would happen is I just flushed the body out with water?

I could ask this directly to Lensbaby. I know Kirsten would be happy to answer me, but I wanted to tell you guys this, to let you know ALWAYS (Realy, always) change lenses/body (lensbaby or not) above a table protected with a towel or anything. Thats the way I always do. But this time I thought I could switch quick to not miss the moment. I f*cked up. Big time.

Hello,

I know there isn't lensbaby for X100 right now as it has fixed lens, but do you think it is possible to make some addon on it in order to attach lensbaby plastic lans ?

I really love my X 100 and don't want to change it, but from when I saw first time photos made with lensbaby plastic lenses I felt in love with them also.

It would be great to combine these two.

I'm sure that you will have a lot of sales if you design something like that - some addon that can be just added over current X100 lans and that will make the same effect like regular lensbaby plastic lens.

I recently bought a Pentax K-01, and am very pleased with this camera. Among its many features are its very cool digital filters. One of them is a pastel fiter, which makes photos look as though they were drawn with a pastel pencil.

Here are two colorful glasses (actually plastic) with fruit which echoes their colors.

Both were shot with my Lensbaby 3-G @ f2.0, after which, the pastel filter was applied.

Enjoy.
